Conscience of a Hacker

Since this was written in 1986 right when computers were coming around, a lot of people were kind of scared of them. The guy is saying how he is just curious to explore this new technology. He is bored of what they teach him at school so he just got curious. He is saying it isn't a crime to think like that. I think he is true to a certain extent. There is a line to cross when thinking about hacking and just tampering.
